World of tanks closed by TL2!

I open up world of tanks to the garage and then open up TL2 and when i put the key in it loads up closing World of tanks also i cant install the installer due to a error i get with in the first part of the install.
Help me please!

Fixed now im getting a problem how do i get the id's other then using the Dump vehicle id's

dump vehicle id's crashes the Bot and if i just press start it will tell me i dont have premium or gold and i have both :I
