Working on new profile but need help with skinning behaviour

I found a spot that should yield a lot of Fur and Beast Hides and it would drop even more if I could figure out how to get it to skin properly. It always moves on before skinning everything regardless of options. Is there a cc or workaround that will force skinning before the next pull it would help so much.

Edit: Here is the profile originally based on Stroudy's Nagrand Raw Beast Hide. It farms the lvl 100 Talbuks starting just north of Riverside Post in Nagrand.

i was wondering if this was because my skill is south of 600 or whatever these animals supposedly need to not get scraps... but maybe its an overall issue with hb? when i skin mobs in wod, it skins about 1/20 mobs killed, if that.

I'm getting more like 40-60% of the skins so not sure what is causing this. I updated to a fresh install and looked through all the options but no luck. I get about 200 Raw Beast Hides per/hr right now and suspect this would go to about 250-300 if the looting could be fixed.
