Working eSafe Plugin or Similar?

Just curious if there are any plugins out there like this that are working with the latest version of HB?? I'd feel a lot safer if I had something that would detect people following me/etc.

Heres a version of esafe with hearthstone on stuck/follower.. just needs someone to update it. Running it in the current version of HB gives the following error:
