It's used with Kickazz's leveling quest profiles.
There are a few profiles where he couldn't get the code he needed inside the profile, so the plugin is there to do what it'll need.
It is not necessary for using anything other than his profiles, and only in a few instances inside of those.

So unless you are leveling something, don't worry about it
