won't run rifts, just TP's back and forth

Been running r-rift for 2 weeks now, not a problem, this morning I start playing and all it does is go to the rift and then TP back and forth constantly. I have only changed my rings over on my character, nothing else from when I stopped playing last night, little confused as to what is wrong, any ideas on what to check appreciated.

I'll add a log after a reboot so I know all is clean.
