Wont pick nod!!!!!

FLy's to nod doesnt pick it just turns and flys to the next one and repeats over and over again!!!
Need help???? whats going on???

I figured it out!!!
Somehow my blacklisting time was lowered to 2 seconds? But its picking now!!
