wont loot dark soil

Im very new to this so please be gentle I have my bot set up to find dark soil, it finds them, opens them but doesn't take the item, any ideas what im doing wrong?

Anytime you ask for help, we need to see the associated log to determine what is going awry for you.

In the meantime, I'll hazard a guess that you don't have "auto loot" turned on in the WoWclient. Please step through our installation guide, and make certain everything is set up correctly. Your choice, text or video:
