Wont let me buy Honor Buddy

Every time I try to buy honor buddy that page comes up. I don't what to do its my first time with honor buddy, and want to know how to buy it

do you use a skrill credit card i have made some payments with it on wow accounts to buy and later they refused the payment and my money was gone ive contacted my skrill credit card and have to wait to get the money back sometimes it worked with an account on wow shop and sometimes not.

i have contacted them and i tried Paypal and it still wont work, i even asked a few friends is they even had honor buddy buy they said the same thing happened to them

I wanted to see if my PayPal was working so i bought something on Ebay and it works so that means there is something wrong with honrbuddy.
