wont install

I read the guide and watched the video. still having problems

i downloaded and installed net 4.0.
rebooted.
downloaded and attempted to install GB from Gatherbuddy Goldseller 1.7.4.4 - Downloads - WOW Bot for PVP Leveling Gathering - Gatherbuddy & Honorbuddy Forums

it says it needs to install another component to work. it will do it now. please restart gatherbuddy.

I hit the ok button, but nothing ever happens.
rebooting doesn't help.

I have also tried downloading the installer, but i cant find it in downloads section, and a link i found in a guide says I'm ineligible to access that page.
I copied a new protecteditems but thats not the problem.

is there a way to delete all installation and start over?

i cant seem to get two boxes to open on program start anymore, just one.

got a 2nd window to appear after a while of waiting. above is what error it has.
