wont Fly to Mail/Vendor

My toon wont fly to mailbox and instead using a ground mount everytime. Im not sure what cause this, it happens while using Dungeon buddy. Anyone knows what could cause this?

Plugin enabled: KeepOnMoving
Using Dungeon buddy with Stratholme - Service Entrance.
tried all my toons and it happens to all of them.
