Wizard wont attack once at close range

Looks like he is trying to attack long range targets as I see a "Target too far away for this skill" though it doesn't say which skill. Also once in a while it tries to teleport to the same wp it is already at.

New install using demon wizard latest of trinity and quest tools.

Just realized this is a huge file once uploaded, only a few kb locally, sorry.

increase "Ranged Attack Range"
it's in the db tab in trinity
under Combat

it was fixed by removing the "slow" attack however although I see the combat tab nothing shows up when I click it. What should it look like. I do not see a "ranged attack" under any other tab.
