Wizard teleport not being used right now?

I'm currently running Kevin Spacey's profile for Kulle, and it does not use teleport when moving from the waypoint to the portal.

I've been away for a while, so I dont know if someone already raised this issue.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes, same issue with mine. I've been tweaking settings to see if i can find the issue all day to no avail. It seems to have something to do with the bot tracking the last usage of teleport and thinking that its on cooldown when its not, as it uses it one time every time i start the bot, but never again.
