Wizard stands in Ghom gas regardless of Trinity settings

Hi guys, semi-new to DB and having trouble getting my Trinity to work correctly. No matter what I set the settings to under Wizard --> Ghom Gas Radius% and Health%, the wizard stands in the gas for the entire fight. Does anyone have any tips on getting him to try to avoid it? This would make T6 Ghom possible.

He also tends to try to 'tank' Ghom, i.e. stands there and takes his hits without kiting away, despite my minimum kiting distance being set to 1 or 25. But the gas is the real issue and if I could resolve that it would really make things a lot better!

Bump - does anyone have any inkling why this would be happening? I'm sure it's a conflicting setting causing the behavior but being the novice that I am with DB I can't seem to tweak it properly myself.

Bump again - although it's not devastating and certainly not keeping me from making progress knowing why this setting isn't working would be nice - even if it would only further my understanding of some of the Trinity plugin settings. Anyone have any feedback?

Pretty strange, it's always worked...

Can you try this turning on "Log Avoidance System" and posting a log after a Ghom fight?


Also maybe try either deleting your existing settings file or a totally fresh install.

Thanks for the reply rrrix and sorry for my lack of one - been a bit busy lately. When I get some time to sit down and fiddle with it I will try your suggestions and post my avoidance log back should I be unsuccessful.
