Wizard Odd Issues Since Update?

Hey guys,
since update the following things have started happening.
Not casting Frost Nova / exploding blast instantly odd delay.
Circling Mobs
in general running pretty crap.
anyone else experiencing odd problems? might reset trinity fully and redo settings
