Wiz Slow time not being cast

Hi guys,

I am botting a wizard with the new Delsere's set and my bot does not cast Slow Time. Anyone else having this issue, or know of a way to fish it?

Yeah, same for me.

same issue here, except with crown of the primus on it attempts to cast slow time but the client shows the error "the target is too far for this ability"
