Wiz or Barb better for botting?

I'm looking to move on from Monk to something capable of ripping through enemies quicker and at highter T's. I find I have invested a lot into Monk and still he is only able to bot T1. I've seen quite a few people talk about botting T6 with their Wiz's?

Are there Barbs or Wiz's out there that are botting T6?

I have the same question and haven't really had a concise answer, i can't see how aNYONE is botting T6, anything beyond T4 results in me being one shot by any elite and even some of the harder non elites - I feel like I have DECENT gear, but clearly it is not optimized yet... I Can't really decide what spec I want to roll with on my wizard, right now I use ArcaneTorent/Orbit build which works great for botting and provides pretty good survivability - however I CANNOT reliably bot even T2, the elites just murder me.

I'd go with Barb. When geared correctly barbs are tanky as hell with perma-cota and have insane dps.
On the upside you get stuck less when you don't have ranged abilities, unlike Wiz that can get stuck shooting into stairs or other objects. On the downside Trinity doesn't work as well for barbs as it does for wiz.
