Like title says witch CC and spec are you using this first week or raiding?

Anyway, frost seems to be the best atm.

We need a good profile for raid...i use Singular and CLU and no working well, low damage

The spec for raids depends on if it's a single-target boss or multi-target. Fire for single-target, Frost for multi.
I can try to add some changes to the instance rotation for the frost singular update i posted (some extra functions are in the instance rotation allready but not all).
For fire I'd suggest waiting for linxin's singular or check if his current singular support raid/instances as I'm not planning on making one in the near future
