witch doctor botting problem

when i bot my witch doctor, it's doing melee attack all the time, i can't do high torment level like this, does anyone know how to solve it?

Seems to be a 2.1+ trinity issue, I went back to an older version and it works much better.
 
but older version doesn't pick up the socket item..

What v. Trinity and quest tools are you using? I'm running 2.1.7 and 2.1.22 and my pet build is running much smoother then previous. What's your build?
Word of the wise..do a clean install of db make sure trinity is up to date. And use profiles that are 2.1 compatible

im using 2.1.5 and 2.1.18.. it doesn't work quite good, i go try your one and see how it goes.
any good profiles? i use the Bounty Farm by Hellfish v2 (safe), it runs well, 90% afkable.

i just updated trinity and quest tools to 2.1.7 and 2.1.22, my build is haunt + locust swarm + pets passives. still doing the same thing, it does melee attack after all skills on cd. i just want to keep it away from mobs and spam haunt so i can farm safely from some elite packs especially "hammermash" in hell rift 2, it kills me every time in t4.
 
I just tried your build on t6 and works fine. I dunno what to tell you bud.
 
Did you do a completely fresh install of a brand new folder without adding anything from old files into it?

Post a pic of all your settings, or are you using defaults? Did you modify anything in the combat.cs files?

Do you also have the latest .net framework?

Just kinda shooting blindly at a wall here,
