Overruns/Rubber-banding to targets
WingIt changeset #706 attempts to work around the problem of 'rubber banding' or 'overrunning' to targets as described here.
We shamelessly swiped the same technique used by JoeBrewski in this thread, since his code comments indicate its a reliable method of stopping.
This may or may not be better, its just an attempt to work around the BW/SWtOR problem. There are multiple causes of the rubber-banding (e.g., LoS calculations taking way too long).
Please let me know whether the change should be kept or discarded, as apparently not everyone is experiencing the issue.
