Windows can't find a program to open CC Config

When I downloaded the new HB and opened up my CC config page, Windows prompted me to find a program with which to open the CC config. I tried clicking HB in the dialog, but the only program that would open the file was WordPad. Unfortunately for me, now Windows doesn't prompt me to find a program to open the configs.
Even after I unchecked 'Always use this program to open selected file' I don't get the prompt. Now I'm stuck with plain-text configs. Any way I can fix this?

bummer. It's weird, I've never been asked to open a program to do a cc config. Alright, thanks.

To fix this,

• On Win7/Vista, Start -> Control Panel -> Default Progrems -> Associate a file type or protocol with a program
• On WinXP, Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Folder Options -> (go to File Types tab)

then, find the extension for the file you want to open, and select an appropriate default program. If you want Windoze to prompt you again, then just delete the association instead.
