Windows 8 Question

I have a free update for windows 8 professional and I am wondering if anyone has experienced any issues with HB on windows 8. I currently use windows 7 with no issues but have no idea as to the compatibility on 8. If anyone has experience, let me know. thanks
 
At my home setup i use windows 8. I've not had any problems yet with WoW/HB
 
Now is perfect, before that i must use HBrelog to loggin wow so as to us HB
 
Only problem I have with Win8 is aesthetic. The interface really wasn't designed for keyboard and mouse. Here's hoping the 8.1 update makes that Metro tiled crap optional and gives me back my Start button.:mad:

Regarding use with HB and WoW - no problems whatsoever.

I am running it now, and it won't sadly.

classic shell. i use it and looks just like windows 7 but faster with different sounds :]
 
Another protip (that does exactly the same thing) - move the mouse to bottom left corner and right-click.

Unfortunately, that doesn't give me access to my programs or recent documents.

However, a quick download of Classic Shell gives me most of what I want. I just wish Microsoft hadn't removed the option to boot to desktop. Metro is ridiculous on anything other than a touchscreen.
 
StartIsBack is the best to add start menu to windows 8. All the others suck and look ugly. Don't listen to other peoples suggestions on how to get start menu. Yes honorbuddy works fine on win8
 
Been using Win 8 for 6 months or better. No issues for me so far.
 
same not a single issue but not a big fan of windows 8 but it workes well never had a single issue using HB or any other buddy bot.
 
Dark, you can set it up to look just like win 7, have it show the desktop instead of the start screen.
 
oh cool i didnt no that i go have a wee play havnt gave it much of a chance tbh but cheers for the heads up.
