Best explanation is as follows:
I lost power during an automatic update, then it wouldn't load. Would just freeze and I forgot what the error message was (about 1 month ago).
I completely uninstalled (had done that many times) and downloaded again. I unzip it to folder and everything shows up in the unzip but the program itself. I manually drag the program folder into the desktop folder from the zip download and it shows up but won't run.
Things I have done so far to try and fix this:
Updated Windows
Uninstalled C++ and reinstalled it
