[Windows 8] D3 Crashing at demonbuddy startup

Hello, everytime i try to start demonbuddy up, when it selects the Diablo 3 instance, it will crash D3 and therefore won't work.

I am using windows 8.

This is the log, won't be of much help though

My DB doesn't work with Win8 (just installed) even with the beta builds. This is what it says

once thats done, Right click it, and click on "Run As Administrator"
after its done installing, restart your pc and you should be good to go.

next time please make your own support thread instead of piggybacking off another.
