So since i had a problem with W10 that it didnt want to load up more than 2 accounts and even when it did, when i started Archegrinder Beta 3 it crashed whole bot in a second, i decided to downgrade to windows 7 since everyone is saying how good it is, and guess what?

EXACT SAME PROBLEM.

I was lucky to get 2 accs up but a second i started a plugin it all crashed.
Now i'm getting this error and i cant start more than 1 account :

I'm having the same issue. I tracked the that popup error to the autoup.exe file in the Archeage hackshield update folder.

Can get more then 1-2 game up and runnning at a time..

Any new information on this OUT?

Same problem if I want to run more than 1 account.
The first one is starting fine. Then I start the 2nd account manual and the same error will pop up...
Sometimes it does work sometimes it doesn't. It's a pain^^

I am having this same problem on a win 7 PC and Win 10 PC. The win 10 has this error but still seems to load up. The Win 7
I get just one client up and then if I log on more I get this error and the client stops loading. Sometimes update.exe will crash right after.

Ok I just did the reset Hackshield processes and it is working now.

Go to Glyph/game/archeage/live/bin32/hshield and delete the asc folder then reboot. Go back the the hshield folder and run hsupdate as admin. After that go in to the update folder and run autoupdate as admin. After the update archebuddy worked fine for me.

Not only unable to load more than 2 sessions at once, but it disconnects them due to a hackshield apparent update (?!?) and crashes the entire AB program.
I'll try sowhat2112's advice.

I tried deleting the asc folder. Worked fine after that until now. It gives the same crappy error can't open second session.

This is a major critical error that's affecting everyone. Is Out even aware of this? Has he been able to reproduce it eventually and is he even working on it? He hasn't said a thing for several days.
