Windows 10

I understand that the program may not be set up to run on windows 10 but i have seen post that required the portal disabled just wanting to know how to do that as that may fix the problem i am having

I have absolutely no issues on W10Pro whatsoever with HB or the Store. What issue do you have?

it attaches fine but as it is looking at what i have from the store a message comes up saying not able to manage resourses
