Window is closed world of tanks

Guys help, I open World of Tanks I go to the account, then open Tankleader (from admin) click for authorization and after 40 seconds the tanks off with an error, and tankleader says that all successfully uploaded successful fun. windindows 7 x32, net framework and visual.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable

restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
