Win 10 - Fail while trying to inject.

I see some threads saying it's supported and others that it's not, not sure what to think. Then others saying it's not but would be after it's officially launched (which it is). Either way, even more saying they're using Win 10 fine with no issues, so I assume this is something else causing this.

I'm trying to log in, says I'm up to date or newer with the .net and C++ run times but I get the below screenshot when trying launch HB in windowed mode running DX9

disable store streaming and let me know if that makes any difference plz

Disabled all streams in the buddy store, still get the same .net runtime error when trying to load as seen in the screenshot from the original post.

make a new installation from scratch plz (keep streaming disabled)
