mine not crashing but freezing!!! can i just get a refund, i dont like it.....

its really frozen, like it hangs!

Gtx1080ti Strix 11GB OC
16Gig Ram
Samsung Evo SSD

If the bot is not running its fine! when i run the bot it froze for like 5 mins then it will die
