I would buy the game again if I got banned, I want to play this for the long run and hopefully reach paragon level 800 or something so I'll try and bot safely if I do get banned first time.

Lmfao I don't think there is such a thing as "safe botting" XD people have gotten banned randomly.

i'd just steal couple more copies from walmart, open box grab cdkey out put box back, rinse and repeat. my local walmart does not put any theft prevention on there diablo's not even RoS

Too many people are botting at this point. If they were to do a banwave they'd ban more than 40% of the population, and the other 60% that barely play would feel like the game is dieing/dead. So yea, no it won't happen unless they only choose to do slight trimmings of the population.

More than 40% of players bot? Not even close bud. Probably closer to 4%

If you buy ur games at walmart you deserve that, there nothing wrong with stealing stuff from big fat ass companies event if i never stole anything in my life.
