Will this work to get unbanned?

So i recently made 9 new bots, and i played LEGIT on them for a few hours, did some quests, etc... probably about 20 hours per character.

I also have some paid Pr0xies that I use that are pretty high speed.
I have switched every game instance to use a new IP address that is NOT the one at my home that was used to create the account and initially play on it.

If and when I get banned, can I tell blizz that my account was hacked, etc, and when they lookup the access pattern, sure enough my original home IP address will not have accessed the account(s) in a long time.
Will this work?

edit- i ONLY play on my account/ bot on my account with the ***** now, i DO NOT ever use my real ip address to play.

Well a pr?xy alone won't protect you as blizz can still pickup your machine Id(hardware id). There are tools that can alter this or do what most bottlers do and use a virtual machine.

i dont think they can get your hardware ID, as i have red in a few of the "ban report" section stories..
 
Wouldn't count on it man. They will probably hide behind a wall of secrecy and say it's not possible to unban.

If you spend 1000+ hours on one IP, and 20 on another, I'm pretty sure they would assume the IP with the most play time is the rightful owner by default.

Most people when they get hacked report it within hours to days. If you wait a month or two or more and only report when banned, they'll smell something fishy for sure.

Glad to see someone else is thinking about ways to get around this.
 
Yes, this is at least worth a try.

I botted a few hours on one of my mains via pr0xie which was located in a different country. When I was banned on that account I told them that I was on vacation (in the pr0xies country) and used public WLAN in my hotel to play some D3. I said that when I got back home I found my account to be banned and that I must've been hacked.

They verified this via some kind of connection-history and unbanned me. Note: I had same hardware-ID at all times, so this shouldn't be a factor. Let us know when you find out.

This is what I wanted to hear. :D

I don't care about getting banned, i accept it as a part of botting, i have already lost over 20+ accounts from botting.
The real killer is having to buy 10 new copies of the game each time for around 500 bucks :/ that is what i'd like to avoid :D

edit- my proxies are not out of the country however, but they are pretty far away from where i live. (bout a thousand miles in the states)
 
ajc82388, if even the part of your plan will work, get ready to send Bl1z all 10 real and legit id's from ppl who registered accounts :)

i got it unbanned once with this.

but i expected the ban to come (had a night long of game creating), so changed email password everything. then a few days later i got banned.
claimed i got hacked.

had to scan my id card (fakes that, since it was a russian account) but i did get it back!
but they refused to give it without seeing a ID card. keep that in mind

2 weeks later the account got banned again XD

i have it registered under my real name.. so i have a drivers liscence i can show them lol

i dont see why this would be a problem
