Will IB ever be able to Tank?

tanking with IB is, in my opinion, a retarded idea, think about it for a minute, how would it know when to stop, say healer goes afk and u just keep pulling, bot may use a weird path, also for any dungeons that require positioning it would fail, it would fail at avoiding pats, it would fail at everything a tank needs to do, too much positioning involved for a tank to do.

of course thats only my opinion if anyone believes IB can tank properly and pull and position properly then prove me wrong

BUT what it can do is say ur using Gladiatore as a CC for your prot warrior u can use it with lazyraider as prot and have it do the rotation for you and you do the movement, that works, but the positioning as tank is too tricky for a bot to handle. im not a coder or anything im just using my common sense based on what i have seen the bot do as dps/healer in instances.

My question is: Can any of the CC's tank? So let's say if you lose aggro that the CC will automatically use a taunt spell to get him back and so on and so forth.

ive been trying this tanking myself over the past few days , its a bit hit and miss , some dungeons it will just start running and start pulling , other times i have to click a target for it to start moving and pulling , the tanking does go pretty well tho and only one complaint , i was stuck in unholy presence so had to stop the bot change it in the cc settings and start again in blood

Tanking is way to complicated for IB Placing...reactions to new things that happen all the time, and also...leading a dungeon run which is the tanks job. All this requires a human behind it imo.

Lazy raider tanking is the only way...im tanking with a druid atleast and doing great....only doing the chargeing and targeting and movement on my own....works really well!

Handnavis?s beartank CC taunts and such when needed Also topping dps alot of the time

Tanking fully AFK maybe never it's nearly impossible.

But you should try LazyRaider with a tanking CC. You only care about movement it's not too bad.
