Will GB eventually be tfor GB2?

So I've been using GB for a while and recently switched to using GB2 and find it is better in almost every aspect. Is there a reason why GB even exists anymore? It looks like the most ridiculous bot when it gathers, not player like whatsoever.
 
HonorBuddy hasn't been stable for months, it's rare that you will wake up with it still running. GatherBuddy wins in this regard. HB also uses way more resources.

latest Hb versions are stable

if you count the time that we are testing releases before you got them its possible
but i am talking for 3956 as well

I really have to agree with tony here. HB has been stable for a long time. if you gets dc then thats your problem if you download the HB/GB Relogger im sure your bots will also run for 72h+

=)
 
I also agree in this aspect. GB2 is really nice, and even if it's inconsistent, I have been able to run it 5-7 hours AFK overnight, which is perfect for my purpose. And I can do it with little worries. Not to mention of devs focus on GB2, it will only improve the useability and overall consistency of the bot, while keeping the bot looking like a real player, unlike GB.

First time I used GB someone called me a bot as he watched my bot mechanically fly straight up, and then straight down to a node right next to it. lol.
 
Gatherbuddy runs without windows open, honorbuddy requires it,, also gatherbuddy gets connected to a profile server, wich is quite great if your using alot computers.

I have some problems sometimes (rarely) with honorbuddy but its usally outdated plugins.

"HB/GB Relogger" you mean the automator or something I missed? :D
 
Problems well i can live with more cpu intensive if its fights and works better and is the case can't compare spam keys to custom classes, what honorbuddy needs is a relogger/restarter don't say it's hard to do because no isn't that complicated when you look at things HB already has.
By other side HB is far less stable during mixed mode with pvp, pvp makes it bugs and crash alot more than simple grind or gathering. If erenion cannot finish it i have sure many people would do a paid program for it. Atm me and many other use automation system with help of addons.

Eauction need to be paid i agree, relogger? that's something what should be core , watching programm for hb/wow process if bot stopped, wow disconnect something just restart client and bot with last used options.

I think GB2 and grindbot is stable I have them running atleast 8h in row without any problems. Pvp is no problem either.. I would never try to afk bot with questing tho
 
To be honest with you I fired up GB again the first time in a while this morning and I'm okay with them scrapping GB in favor of more dev time on HB/GB2.

The combat in GB is just garbage. Even with decent macros its still no where near as safe and efficient as GB2 is.

It just looks so clunky and kludgy in comparison to GB2.
