Ok I've messaged Bossland, I've posted a thread, and I've tried fixing this myself. no results, little attempt at helping me out.

1) Paid for 1 year of HB
2) Registered with the honorbuddy forums
3) Tried to link the two accounts
4) Shop account no longer lets me log in (says incorrect pass/username)
5) Reset my password multiple times and continued trying to login/join the two accounts (without success)
6) Posted a thread asking for help
7) Messaged Bossland asking for help

I have had no results and I'm getting pissed. Will someone please help me so that I can begin using the service I have paid for.

Thank you in advanced. I am not trying to be a dick, I'm just frustrated. I had all of Thursday to work on setting up this bot and all I've done is fought with the stupid authentication procedure.

I've tried that already and I'm not using any special characters. in fact my password is extremely simple. I'm beginning to think I just want a refund. If I'm having problems logging into the site I can't even imagine what I'll have to deal with trying to get this bot to run.
 
Hmm refund is the last way out :P hehe this is the most awsome piece og software u can buy :P i understand that u a frustrated that u can log in, try post a full log as atachment and let the mods have a look at it, and how long time ago was it u PM'ed bossland ?
 
bro i feel u i had my account stolen and ive been trying for allmost a week and no help tony sent me to bossland in private msg i went to him he sent me to the payment forums and then that has been sitting there for 2-3 days so its been like idk 5-6 days for me and im a gatherbuddy lifetime lol so thats 100 us dollars for 80 euros
 
forums info can differ than bot info
make sure that u are using the correct reset links
 
I am using the correct reset links. I have no problem logging into the forums. I only have issues logging into the Purchasing site. This is bullshit. I just want my money back because Bossland obviously doesn't give a fuck.

I have reset my password no less than 7 times and each time it says that my account/password is invalid and no I'm not dumb because I've used the same account/password for the past 3 years. Don't insult my intelligence. Not all issues are on the users end. This issue is clearly involving the website and Bossland has done nothing to fix it. I'm giving up on this bot because of the bullshit I've had to deal with the past few days. Not because I can't remember a password.
