wil a higher videocard stop the demonbuddy lag?

Here is mine, in isboxer toolkit you can set what prefs file to use. under virtual files->d3prefs.txt you can set a custom one.

default settings were better for me but this month im going to upgrade my gtx 760 to a gtx 970 and im also going to get a beter cpu koeler then the default one

Going from a 760 to a 960 is enormous. The first digit is the Master # for level of quality, so upgrading from a 7xx to a 9xx says alot.
A 960 can run at Maximum Digital Resolution 5120x3200 && VGA Resolution 2048x1536 and run 4 displays.
Buying a 970 will be a card you won't use the chips resolution, since your monitors are not 4G.

It is always good to install a quality double fan CPU cooler.
Please make sure your PSU (power supply unit) can handle the upgraded card and cpu cooler.

You should have a 750 watt quality PSU as a minimum.
DO NOT waste money with cheap PSU's. They will fail.

my psu is enough i have 750 watt there people with a titan they run only 600 700watt
 
Ok lag and low fps are 2 different things. What has help with my low fps is try setting the TPS value under the advanced tab to 12 or 15. If you leave it unchecked I think the value is 30. That eats up alot of CPU.

i dont have a 4k monitor but i do have a 144 hertz monitor ive opened my pc case i have a corshair 850 watt psu i trought it was 750 but its 850

i upgrade the cpu from 3770k to a 4790k its going nice now and i put some nice big cpu cooler on my my cpu and 5 new fans

No they have servers spread across. US West, US Central, US East, Australia & Brazil. When you go to join or create a game it will attempt to create the game using geo location.

LA, California is the Only America Diablo3 Server location.

Any other Blizzard America servers you see anywhere else are for other games.

well, you use any settings, or default one?
also, 4 differents game copy, or a single and same game folder?

cause i don't think i have a shitty CPU&GPU, but still laggy & 100% with 3 D3 & DB

i bought a 4790k cpu and new cpu cooler and new fans and im using my 4 bots now and it seems the lag is gone with me it might be that my old cpu the socket 1155 i7 3770k just was broken it was always warm i also bought a new mainbord my new cpu cooling and mainbord and cpu 4790k my heat always keeps at 30 34% verry cool even when its sunny outside and hot on the room because when i check speedfan my cpu %c is like 34 30 all the time and thats quite good i just have installed 1 diablo client but i use isboxer for my 4 clients i also made the windows size nice 1 big window and 3 small ones under the big window of the main account i have like 2 fans on my cpu cooler 1 above and 1 down
