Widget not loading

Hey I am trying to get my widget out to use Universal fighter but it doesnt come up with only 2 of my accounts. I try reloading the widget but it still doesnt come up. What do I have to do to get it back up?

The only time this ever happened to me I had previously dragged it to my 2nd monitor and it was stuck over there still until I replugged in my 2nd monitor and dragged it back over.

im having same issue but its only with the bossrus widget. it wont load. the default loads fine
