Why would someone buy a banned account?

I only just saw my Private Messages just now and noticed a guy messaging me offering me $5 for each banned account.

Why would anyone want to buy this?

Added the guy on Skype and he's from Malaysia...

He's not online yet though so can't ask him himself.

Any ideas?

Sure it is banned acc or license?
If its license maybe he can use them for something else like wow or sc.

It's banned from Global play. I only have one single reasoning why that guy wants to buy a "banned" account but not sharing it here.
