Why the use of DB will affect the frequency of the graphics card?
D3 will become very slow, but at the same time open the 2 D3 games, DB is not affected by the speed of very fast, DB affected by the speed is very slow.
In the test process, if I pause DB, D3 speed will soon become very fast, the frequency of the video card will soon become very high.

I had same problem on my nvidia gtx660. Solved by creating custom profile for D3 in nvidia control panel with high perfomance setup. and get stable 30-60 fps. was 8-10.
