Why my CPU takes up very high

Why my CPU takes up very high,I just opened two clients.CPU takes up one hundred percent.Without running any plugins.My CPU:E3 1230 V2.Game is already the lowest quality.

try add AA and AB folder to non scanned file in windows defender.. for me this solve the problems of 100% CPU Usage.

My computer does not have anti-virus software.Defender windows and firewall are closed.
