why keep crash when i open DB??

Well i just bought DB today. And new at here and with bot ;S
Windows say DB is stopped working?

So have any idea and solution for it?

Try to see what running with no plugins does for you.
If it is crashing, does it give you an error message?

hmm i still looking for the solution. but its still not working for me....
well it didnt pop out any error just after i click start than its not working anymore like freeze and not running at all

make a clean install of demonbuddy and install to a new folder.

well it didnt pop out any error just after i click start than its not working anymore like freeze and not running at all

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable

restart your pc,
download the DB installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

download a clean install of DB
run diablo3 and demonbuddy as administrator.
