You obviously don't know the danish justice system. I've served time several times for just circumstantial evidence. What you're thinking about, is the american justice system, where the offendent will actually have to proove that you did something.

Otherwise your lawyer(assuming you had brain enough to get one) would simply deny the fact, you'd plead unguilty, and they'd have to appeal to a higher court, which in the end wouldn't be worth the expenses. There HAVE to be actual evidence, not much, but some. After that you're good to go. Obviously.
