Why i cant redownload 1.6.3.4?

I'm trying to download 1.6.3.4 (it worked fine for me, i changed to 1.7.4 and im not convinced at all) in http://www.thebuddyforum.com/archives/70841-trinity-download-here-v1-6-3-4-a.html

But it says i dont have enough privileges or something like that:

Well, i log out and i could download it, so its ok now.
