Why Honorbuddy won't work with Kaspersky?

Do the developers have a reason why? What was in the last update that would make Kaspersky freak out like that? It was unusual to say the least. I would rather have my Anti Virus running than Honorbuddy.

Does anyone have an answer?

You can tell Kaspersky to trust HonorBuddy. Open the rules configuration in kaspersky and change HonorBuddy form not trusted to a trusted application.
This worked for me.

why kaspersky? im only on microsoft essentials and does well, no malware, spyware, my pc runs fine ..., firewall keeps me safe from sneaky ppl ...

i have today the same problem after update kaspersky internet security multi device and i resolved him:
go to setup/control aplication/rules aplication and now find on list honorbuddy - right click mouse and go to 1 on top rules and.... and set trust look at tab on top window check all and set trust also when you right click on honorbuddy u can see more options that resolve all problems with kaspersky sry for my eng translate i dont have eng ver but i think it a liittle helps you.

if honorbuddy are NOT in list u can add him:
setup/additional(last option)/threats and exclusion and you see manage application and just add the path you hon..exe file after them go to like as i write on begining

edit: Play around a bit in kaspersky and write better then me and my english manual to fix this.
for me it works excelent now. only go and set correctly kaspersky like as write up.
