because you can handle x wow and x hb on same computer...

were talking about wow actually running on 32b not your pc, wow running on 32b doesnt limit you running more wows+hbs on one pc only your pc running on 32b would do that

wow doesnt use the extra ram that 64 bit gives you so how is it going to me faster and smoother?

you would prob gain a few fps but not much. every 32-bit app you run on a 64-bit OS goes through a "compatibility layer" called wow64. There is an overhead to this but MS have optimized so much and modern chips have hardware to make switching even quicker that's its really low penalty now. Originally when only AMD had a 64-bit chip and you ran a 32-bit program on XP64 it was as much as 15% slower..but then intel and ms got their acts together.

Quite simply put using 64bit client will only gain any effectiveness provided the application will consume more memory than 3.5 GB which is physical limit for 32bit operating systems. As mishmear has put out running wow on 32bit doesn't prevent you from running multiple instances of honor buddy or wow it just simply means each of those applciations has access up to limited amount memory.

Yes and also shows pvp has nothing to do with it since Soapbox is strictly pve only. These memes need to die

Or Soapbox just triggered Warden and wasn't the focus of a specific effort by Blizzard. Blizzard has a finite resource to spend combating bots; where's it going to spend it, against the bot wrecking PvP, or the one helping people with PvE rotations? Have you seen the Blizzard forums, lots of people rejoicing at BG's not being full of bots when they read about this banwave.

In regards 64bit, the HB core devs really know their stuff, and have a business interest in us *not* getting banned. Surely if 64bit would help, they'd have done it. Yes, running 32 does let Blizzard narrow down their search, so I can only assume the devs are sure that's *not* how Blizzard go about bans.

No the benign of running wow in 64 bit not only has it been optimised for 64 bit not just recorded its been optimised for multi core utilisation(32bit is not).

On my 4K monitor in a 30man raid playing manual, I get around 50fps at max settings with 64bit I'm around 85fps, it's a huge benifit..

I have no idea from a botting point of view but the game runs a lot better in x64

The only reason to run x32 WoW on x64 Windows is *surprise* honorbuddy

I was able to use a 32 bit morpher on a notable rogue bot. It uses honorbuddy but is not sold through buddy store so i'm not going to disclose which one but thought i'd offer my 2 cents

I use that myself, but don't play rogue that much :(

this has been discussed an answered many times and its also included in wiki
