Why doesn't Pokefarmer catch Pokemon from lured pokestops?

It seems to me like the pokemon that appear from lured pokestops are never caught. They appear for 1 second and then disappear and the bot never seems to recognize them...why?

Pokemon appearing one second, that's not new for me, there's an area when normaly i have one of my bot working.
And when i look at the map, sometimes i see a caterpie appearing, and disapearing for like 30min.

But i don't have problem with lured pokestop, sometimes it seems the bot is waiting an internal countdown, but normaly it catch the pokemon.
