Couldn't they just get hardware ID or registry type info/game info and check if user has > 3 wow's running on same pc, trigger some alert, and manually check it out? I know blizz can't scan outside the game but, isn't it still possible to identify a single computer?

because they need real proof that you are botting.
an old fried of my have a twin brother and they shar the same PC with 2 monitors 2 mices 2 keyboard it's something windows can do.
it's made for school so they don't need to spent a hell lot of money for PC, but nobody knows it.
but they 2 play also wow so this would mean they got bannend just because there are more then 1 clients running?

this is just what I can think of now, but I'm pretty sure that there are tons of other reasons why they don't just do that.

who's telling you that they don't? lol
that's true
but I'm running ATM 6 clients for like 5 months now and just got 1 72H ban

and keep in mind that I don't know shit about how they are detacting ^^ I'm almost 100% that they are using the LCP system

Multiboxing?

thats why i said manual investigation after that, it would be pretty apparent from 5 seconds of looking whether or not you were multiboxing. Plus they could even automate it to do something like if character is not within 50 meters set off this trigger, etc

i think 90% of all ppl who run 3+accs are boters. the other 10% are multiboxing. its just out. blizz isnt hunting that much for boters i think if you do nt use gb2. i mean i pay 10 eurs every month per bot :D
