Why does my payment issue thread get removed all the time for no reason? trying to hide this from the public or what?

They have not been removed, i can see the threads you have started.

Maybe next time put your topics in the correct section.

At the top of this page, underneath where it says "Home - Forum - Wiki - Downloads"
The next row says "Community - Forum Actions - Quick Links".
Click on "Quick Links". Click on "Subscribed Threads".
That will show you all threads you have created or posted in.

I clicked your username on one of your posts, which went to your forum profile.
On the left is a link "Find Latest Started Threads" underneath your profile picture, or lack there of.
