Why does it tell me I have 0 buddy sessions?

I never received my key in the mail and I remember seeing something that said where to go if I didn't find my key but now I can't remember where that was. When I log in to HB it tells me invalid account details and whatnot.

I registered on the site already, and did so again through the link you provided. Still does not work. I never received a product key, and don't know where to enter it once I do receive it. Could that be the problem?

Register with the same Email you paid with.

Should show up in Sessions, if it doesn't, contact support.

Finally got it to accept my login, and it said there was a new version of HB available. So I went through the update process and now it tells me max sessions, authentication failed. Now what?

You login to the Buddyauth with a Username and Password.

On the bot, You'll just use the key

Example:

BH41234LNB4123LS

No password needed, on the bot.
