Why does HB choose Feral Cat when im Feral bear

When i am using the char class that came with hb when im using it it will switch to feral cat when im feral bear why is that here is a log

since theres only "Feral" as a class, it picks dps over tank, since dps is better for leveling, by default it uses that.
