Why do you bot?

I'm in college now and have a very ruthless schedule.. Pharmacy major. It's a bitch. Then I work on top of that. I'm just interested in casual raiding and dung'ing. Maybe the occasional pvp. I just want the ease of getting my 85 and some cash for equips. I have a legit 85 rogue and that took me forever with my current schedule. Botting provides me with time to study and do work without having to spend time on WoW doing some boring ass leveling. If I'm going to put time into it, why not be raiding or something like that?

But in all seriousness. I started botting because of the mindless grind that WoW is when you're not doing raids.

So, when partners offer me team places for other realms/classes I can simply bot instead of spending money.

I basically started botting when i had some great ideas for professions usages, i bought lifetime with just mrfishit and nothing more ;D
I basically botted when i had some private customer on server, but still ~10-20h a week simply didnt need more.

Now i bot... to test my plugins and CCs ;D
I dont even bother farming herbs for glyphs, buying mats at AH and getting enough gold to keep subscription up from chinese's RAF.

Recently I'm not so sure, I think I'm hooked to botting As prices of gold are shit I've just cancelled two of my botting accounts and will cancel another soon. Will leave the 4th up for personal gold just incase I need it. I also decided to level a guild a bit back and it's just about to ding level 25 so I'll keep that going too although I'm not sure why

I'm just going to bot for stuff my main needs from now on.

It makes so many people inspect me to see how a 360ilvl geared rogue is outDPSing everyone who is FL geared.

And when rogues ask me what special rotation I'm using to get top DPS, in my mind, I don't have a fucking clue, thanks to HB.

I am a botholic. I bot because i like it and it support my game play everything is so costly and if without bot I cant enjoy the game much. I dont have much for game play and having bot help out alot. It also making game less addictive as well. So what if they ban me I can always came back in no time or switch game. I am here to day asking for a nice way to get a set of armor via HB. Is botting BG is the only way to get some decent epic gear? advice are appreciated guys. Thx you.

I bot because I don't have time to play and when I play, i like to have my char full gold / honor and leveled.
I don't like "farming" aspect of World of warcraft, and botting let me work peacefully and play enjoy the game at night.

I've been playing for 7 years since closed beta. I've done everything, seen everything.. I found it's finally time to sit back and just focus on the fun things..

I bot so I don't need to grind or anything, just means I get to have fun now.

At first it was to supplement gold while raiding by having a gathering bot going on another machine. Shortly after starting though I completely feel in love with making profiles to do different things. When the Insane title was mentioning being moved I never really had any desire to do it after helping two guildies complete theirs. But cause of botting it felt like a new challenge to make profiles able to complete it, month later my main had the title. Since then I find myself enjoying setting up new profiles to streamline gathering ones to quests to complete zones. It gets addicting very quickly. Also great to help out others such as providing gathering routes hours after Cata went live, watching the + reps go up, reading all the great comments and suggestions.

Can't wait to play around with HB some more and start getting profiles rolling out in it. Seems like will be able to accomplish much more with the foundation that HB lays out than what was found in Pirox.

I bot just to level characters, gear and get gold. I only have two accounts, one for Alliance and one for Horde, but I mostly bot for personal use.

I bot cause I have gotten reumatism from freezing my hand so I cant hammer the keys as required by Blizzard (unless I eat a ton of painkillers) but still want to be able to play and raid with my friends.
