Why are unresolved support threads being deleted?

I was part of a thread yesterday working on a problem (that more than one person has) where the HB UI freezes but the bot continues to function as normal. You have to ctrl-alt-del to close it etc. Tony responded with "update and let us know". I updated and it froze again this morning, and now the thread is gone.

Why are these threads being deleted? If the problem is not resolved, they should say open.
